How to use Scar Sheets correctly
1. Apply scar sheet to a clean and dry scar, do not use on wet skin or open wounds that have not fully healed or are leaking – min. 3 days after stitches have been removed.
2. Cover the scar completely, if needed cut the sheet to a suitable shape that covers the parameters of the scar.
3. To let the skin acclimate with the gel sheet, start with 2 hours per day for the first 4 days then increase the hourly intervals as per your skin comfortability – remember to refer to instructions as given by your surgeon.
4. Remove the sheet when taking a shower, pat skin dry and reapply sheet onto the scar afterwards.
5. Use the product on a long-term basis for maximum results ( 8-16 weeks ).
