LIPOELASTIC offers different options of delivery for your convenience.

• STANDARD DELIVERY 

Order must be placed by 2 pm (Monday - Friday) or will be processed the following working day.
Standard next working day delivery to all of UK (excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland and Isle of Man) for £4.90 - no specific time guarantee.
Deliveries to Scotland £4.90. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Ireland and Isle of Man £9.90. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery.

• SPECIAL DELIVERY OPTIONS

• NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY

Order must be placed by 2 pm (Monday - Friday) or will be processed the following working day.
£14.90 time guaranteed by 9 am UK (excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland and Isle of Man).
£9.90 time guaranteed by 12 pm UK (excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland and Isle of Man).

• SAME DAY DELIVERY

Order must be placed by 2 pm (Monday - Friday) or will be processed the following working day.
£34.90 Same working day delivery only for Central London.

• SATURDAY DELIVERY

Order must be placed by 2 pm on Friday.
£ 22.90 guarantee by 9 am on Saturday.

Delivery

Please note, orders are dispatched after payment verification and a confirmation email will be sent. Orders that are placed and do not automatically receive a confirmation payment email will be cancelled and you will need to reorder. Please check your SPAM box for confirmation payment email.

Email will be sent confirming dispatch.

Returns and Exchanges

We guarantee a refund for the items you are returning to us if you’re dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered. Please note that we are not refunding the transportation costs, but only product purchase price. You need to bear full cost of return postage. Please ensure that items have not been worn, washed or damaged, and return them in original packaging with labels attached. Use return label provided and take to post office.
If you wish to exchange the garment, please post unwanted garment with a return form and note the one you wish to receive. Once we receive your return, we will post the new garment.
