Our standard returns policy for any product bought from our website applies within 14 days from the delivery day of your item(s). If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we will offer a refund provided the item is returned within the 14-day period.
We advise you to try the garment on to ensure correct sizing. Please make sure that you are not wearing any makeup, perfume or body lotion when trying the garment on. Repeatedly worn garments will not be accepted for a return.
After you submit this form, you will receive a confirmation email with your reference number. Please write your reference number on a sheet of paper and enclose it with your return parcel — it helps our team match the goods to your request quickly and process your refund within 14 days.
The confirmation email also includes a PDF copy of your request, which you may print and include instead if preferred.
