Delivery

Please note: Once the payment verification is received all orders will be processed, and a confirmation will be sent to your email. If you do not receive a confirmation automatically, please be aware that the order will be cancelled, and you would be required to reorder. Ensure to check all folders, including the spam box, for the confirmation email.

An email will also be sent confirming the dispatch.

Returns and Exchanges

We promise to refund any items that do not meet your expectations within the specified 14-day timeframe. Please be aware that we are NOT refunding transportation costs, but only the price of the garment/s. You would be required to cover the cost of returning the garment/s.

Please ensure the items have not been repeatedly worn, washed, dry-cleaned, or damaged. All items must be returned using the original packaging with the labels attached.

Complete our online return/exchange form at www.lipoelastic.co.uk/returns. You will receive a pre-filled return label by e-mail - print it and include it with your parcel. If you cannot print it, write your return number on a sheet of paper and include it instead.
